June 7, 2007 a Twisted Sister comes to Huntsville
Lynne Vogel, author of Twisted Sisters Sock Workbook has a new book coming out, The Twisted Sister Knit Sweaters. What’s really cool about this is that she’s almost a neighbor (Sewanee isn’t that far away), so she’s coming for a visit. We’re doing a meet the author event on Sunday, August 26th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Not only will we have books for Lynne to sign, but she’s bringing some of her hand dyed yarn and fiber for us to ooh and aah over (and buy, of course). I’m also trying to wangle a trunk show of the designs from the book for that weekend. We’d like to have a head count for this event, so if you’re interested in attending, leave a comment here and we’ll add your name to the list. There’s no charge, but I’d like to make sure we have enough chairs. This is going to be fun!
