Comings and Goings and Upcoming Events

Greetings, all!  I’ve been traveling again, and this time Peppie got to join in the fun and make a new friend.  We spent the weekend with Baby Joe and his parents, and my mother joined us, all the way from Arizona.  She and Peppie had never met, but as you can see, they became the best of friends.  Mom threatened to pack her up in her suitcase, so I was on missing dog patrol for a while.

Now that we’re home, I thought I’d remind you that the combined May/June Knit and Spin In will be this coming Sunday, May 23, from 1:00 to 4:00.  I have some new handspun to show off, and a pitifully small amount of knitting to share.  I always think I’m going to get so much knitting done when I travel, and I’m usually disappointed in my output.

One more announcement — we’ll be closed for the Memorial Day weekend.  We’ll be closing at 4:00 on Friday the 28th and won’t open until Tuesday the 1st of June (June!  already!).  So come knit and spin with us this weekend and then enjoy your holiday travels and parties.  Me?  I’m going to the Tennessee Fiber Festival on Saturday with a friend.
